The Pro-Force team has just returned from a recruitment campaign across Central Asia, where our Seasonal Worker Scheme (SWS) team interviewed 2,553 candidates in Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Tajikistan.
Our teams delivered presentations in each country outlining the SWS application process, the skills and behaviours our clients seek, and what living and working in the UK involves. The sessions were well attended and energetic - candidates engaged actively and showed strong interest in the seasonal roles available.
Attendees demonstrated a broad range of skills during testing and interviews, highlighting the valuable contributions they can make to our clients in the coming season. Pro-Force remains committed to connecting well-vetted international candidates with safe, life-changing opportunities in the UK.
During the visit our Managing Director, Andy Simpson, held senior-level meetings, including with the Director of the Immigration Department in Kyrgyzstan, and with the Labour Minister and representatives of the International Organisation for Migration (IOM) in Tajikistan. Close cooperation with government ministers and migration organisations is vital in helping us protect candidates, uphold the highest standards of compliance and safe recruitment, and resolve issues quickly and transparently throughout the application and placement process.
Sam Zubaidi, Director of Compliance at Pro-Force and Shayne Tyler, Director at Practical Ethics Ltd, also joined the visit to further demonstrate our commitment to continuous improvement in ethical recruitment and worker welfare standards. Their involvement supported constructive discussions around oversight, compliance and strengthening protections throughout the recruitment journey.
