Pro-Force Overseas Recruitment Drive: Preparing for 2026

As 2025 draws to a close, our focus has shifted toward the upcoming season with preparations for 2026. At Pro-Force, we are committed to ensuring that our clients have access to the best seasonal workers while offering associates great opportunities working in the UK. Our recent recruitment drive in Central Asia is vital in continuing to deliver this.

Our journey began in Uzbekistan, where the Pro-Force Seasonal Worker Scheme (SWS) team engaged with potential candidates across two historic cities: Bukhara and Tashkent. Over the course of three days, our team conducted presentations that attracted over 1,900 eager candidates, all expressing interest in joining our workforce. The energy in the room was great, with attendees keen to learn more about the opportunities available to them.

During these sessions, our team emphasised the skills and qualities that our clients look for in candidates and covered every part of the process from applications through to living and working in the UK. One of the highlights of our presentations was the valuable interaction with local authorities, who joined us to address the importance of safety and compliance during the visa process. Their presence not only reassured candidates about safety measures but also demonstrated our commitment to maintaining high standards in recruitment practices.

After concluding our time in Uzbekistan, we travelled to Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, where we further expanded our reach by interviewing around 1,800 additional candidates over three days. Once again, collaboration with the local authorities was instrumental, as they engaged with candidates about compliance and safety considerations when seeking to work overseas reinforcing the integrity of our process and highlighting our dedication to the well-being of everyone involved.
