Worker welfare is a top priority for Pro-Force. In 2024, we distributed our annual surveys to all workers participating in the Seasonal Worker Scheme (SWS). While participation in these surveys is not a requirement of the scheme, Pro-Force is committed to leading the sector in compliance and is proud to share the results.
Pro-Force conducts a series of surveys aimed at evaluating various aspects of the employment lifecycle, from recruitment to the workplace environment, and the likelihood of returning for future work. These surveys gather insights from participants regarding their experiences with recruitment, work placement, return to work, and overall satisfaction with the service provided.
Feedback from 2024 reflects a positive trend, with improvements noted across all areas compared to the previous year. Among those who stayed for more than 20 weeks, 99% expressed a desire to return to the UK and would recommend Pro-Force to a friend, indicating high satisfaction levels.
Future Surveys
Pro-Force actively participates in the Seasonal Workers’ Scheme Taskforce (SWSTF) at all levels. A key output of the SWSTF has been the creation of a scheme-wide survey, which became operational in 2025. As a result, Pro-Force has decided to pause our own annual seasonal worker survey while the SWSTF survey is in effect.
