Pro-Force Celebrates Success at the 2025 FPC Fresh Awards

​We’re thrilled to share some exciting news from the FPC Fresh Awards 2025 - our very own Rebecca Emery-Graham, Compliance Manager at Pro-Force Limited, was named Manager of the Year!

Rebecca’s achievement is a true testament to her outstanding leadership, her unwavering commitment to integrity, and the positive ethos she has embedded across Pro-Force. She consistently sets the standard for excellence, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her hard work recognised on such a prestigious stage.

The judging panel praised Rebecca as:

“a driving force for positive change who is dedicated to raising the bar of excellence for people, process, and purpose. As an empowering manager, trusted advisor, and supportive mentor, Rebecca is making a lasting ethical imprint at Pro-Force with great humility and a clear vision.”

It was also a proud night for Pro-Force as a whole, while Rebecca celebrated her well-deserved win, we were also shortlisted for the Sustainability Excellence – Ethical Award and the Business Service Partner Award, showcasing our ongoing commitment to ethical practices and outstanding service across the industry.

The awards evening was a fantastic celebration of the fresh produce industry, shining a light on the dedication, innovation, and talent that keeps our sector thriving. It was wonderful to see so many friends, colleagues, and industry partners recognised for their achievements.
