Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced On-Site Account Leader to manage and support our on-site teams across multiple client sites in Kent. You willbe responsible fordelivering a high-quality service to one of our key client portfolios, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met while maintaining strong operational and commercial control.
This is a hands-on role, working closely with planning, recruitment, and management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Client Management
Lead on-site service delivery to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations
Work closely with central and regional planning teams to support labour delivery
Prepare and present KPI reports for weekly and monthly client meetings
Complete and track all follow-up actions from client reviews
Service Delivery & Operations
Allocate and manage staff across multiple sites and shifts
Ensure labour supply matches operational forecasts
Maintain high standards of performance, compliance, and service delivery
Ensure accuracy and completion of reports, timesheets, and documentation
Temporary Workforce Management
Lead daily on-site activities and support associates and Supertemps (STs)
Monitor attendance, performance, productivity, and conduct
Handle absence, disciplinary issues, and performance concerns
Coordinate inductions, ensuring all paperwork and training are completed
Manage PPE issuing and returns, including payroll deductions
Oversee access card allocation and site coverage
Staff Management & Development
Support HR processes and resolve frontline issues professionally
Coach and develop team members and STs
Carry out regular site checks for cleanliness, health & safety, and compliance
General Responsibilities
Act as a professional ambassador for Pro-Force
Promote and uphold the Pro-Force Gold Standard
Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures
Maintain confidentiality and strong health & safety standards
Support continuous improvement and wider business objectives
Carry out additional duties as required by Senior Management
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building ability
Confident problem-solver with a calm approach to conflict
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident in report writing and performance analysis
Full Driving Licence essential
