Finance Admin
Main Purpose of the Role
A Credit Controller oversees a collection of customer accounts in a manner which ensures a high-quality standard of service and customer satisfaction.
They must be able to communicate efficiently yet politely with customers, as well as with the broader account’s teams.
The responsibility of the Credit Controller is to support the business by chasing aged debt, problem solve and find the reasons of non-payment
Main Duties and Key Areas of Responsibility
· Reconciling Remittance advice / Payment files vs internal system invoices. Allocating payments.
· Ensuring customers pay on time and charge them for overdue invoices if required.
· Sending statements & invoices to customers.
· Managing and maintaining the sales ledger.
· Reducing how many debtors the business has, chasing prices from customers.
· Maintaining accurate financial records.
· Respond to client issues and queries.
· Administrative Support for the finance teams

· Excellent time management and organisation skills, necessary to balance and re-prioritise work
· Teamwork
· Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly nature
· Ability to work to targets in fast-moving busy environment
· Shifts: Tuesday – Saturday
· 40 Hours per Week
· Flexibility on Start time
· Pay Rate from: £12.94 - £15.18 – DOE
· Must have proof of Right to Work
