A fantastic opportunity to join a busy production teams as a Skilled Operator in Pagham.

Permanent position. Days Shifts: 12-hour days 4 days on 4 days off

We are keen to hear from reliable individuals, capable of working effectively and efficiently in a busy, team driven environment. Working across various departments, duties and responsibilities will reflect appropriate experience levels. Skilled Operators are a key attribute to our client's business, underpinning the successful, day to day production operations across our sites.

From working on the production lines, sorting & grading products for quality to setting up and monitoring production machinery and equipment, operatives will be fully trained in all aspects of the production process. Our thorough induction program will provide full training on everything you need to know about working in a food processing/manufacturing environment, including Food Safety Level 2, Allergen Control, Manual Handling and COSHH.


Duties and Responsibilities, to include but not restricted to:
• Operation and monitoring of production line machinery
• Packaging
• Machine changeovers
• Recording accurate production records
• Short interval control
• Operator supervision where applicable


Required Knowledge, Skills & Experience
• Previous experience in Production/FMCG environment preferred
• Good communication skills – English Level 2
• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Good attention to detail
• Able to work under pressure and deadlines
• A 'can do' and flexible attitude
• A strong team player with a positive mindset!
