Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Accommodation

  • Provision of welfare support to occupants (140 workers), including answering queries and resolving issues

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the onsite accommodation facilities, including check-in/check-out procedures, maintenance requests, and resolving any accommodation-related issues promptly.

  • Conduct regular inspections of accommodation units to ensure they meet quality standards and address any maintenance or cleanliness concerns.

  • Address any complaints or concerns raised by residents in a timely and professional manner, striving to achieve high levels of satisfaction.

  • Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to accommodation services, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Escalating issues to management as is concerned.

  • Performing routine checks as is required.

  • Carrying out fire drills and other fire safety checks as is required.

  • Ensuring all accommodation is compliant with regulatory & internal standards.

  • Ensuring the safety of all workers residing in accommodation

  • Completion of accommodation documentation & accurate record keeping

General

  • Deliver all activities through strict adherence to applicable legislation and in accordance with Pro-Force policies and procedures.

  • Provide regular timely reports and adhoc reports as is required to management.

  • Building strong and effective working relationships with all colleagues, clients, and workers

  • Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally and externally using appropriate methods in order to facilitate the development and profitability of sustainable business relationships.

  • Represent Pro-Force in a professional manner at all times, and treat all clients, customers, colleagues, employees, workers and drivers with dignity and respect.

  • Work diligently to achieve and exceed standards and levels of performance as agreed with the Senior Management / Management team.

  • Carry out all tasks with respect and understanding of the importance of confidentiality.

  • Carry out all tasks in accordance with health and safety regulations, and ensure that reasonable care is taken for personal safety and the safety of others

  • Any other duties as is reasonable required by Senior Management.

Requirements:

Must be able to speak and read English and speak Russian.

Right to work in the UK required
