Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced On-Site Account Leader to manage and support our on-site teams across multiple client sites in Kent. You willbe responsible fordelivering a high-quality service to one of our key client portfolios, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met while maintaining strong operational and commercial control.

This is a hands-on role, working closely with planning, recruitment, and management teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and excellent client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

  • Lead on-site service delivery to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and in full

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations

  • Work closely with central and regional planning teams to support labour delivery

  • Prepare and present KPI reports for weekly and monthly client meetings

  • Complete and track all follow-up actions from client reviews

Service Delivery & Operations

  • Allocate and manage staff across multiple sites and shifts

  • Ensure labour supply matches operational forecasts

  • Maintain high standards of performance, compliance, and service delivery

  • Ensure accuracy and completion of reports, timesheets, and documentation

Temporary Workforce Management

  • Lead daily on-site activities and support associates and Supertemps (STs)

  • Monitor attendance, performance, productivity, and conduct

  • Handle absence, disciplinary issues, and performance concerns

  • Coordinate inductions, ensuring all paperwork and training are completed

  • Manage PPE issuing and returns, including payroll deductions

  • Oversee access card allocation and site coverage

Staff Management & Development

  • Support HR processes and resolve frontline issues professionally

  • Coach and develop team members and STs

  • Carry out regular site checks for cleanliness, health & safety, and compliance

General Responsibilities

  • Act as a professional ambassador for Pro-Force

  • Promote and uphold the Pro-Force Gold Standard

  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies, and procedures

  • Maintain confidentiality and strong health & safety standards

  • Support continuous improvement and wider business objectives

  • Carry out additional duties as required by Senior Management

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong leadership and people management skills

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building ability

  • Confident problem-solver with a calm approach to conflict

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Confident in report writing and performance analysis

  • Full Driving Licence essential

  • Must have proof of Right to Work
