​Site based in Chartham Kent are looking for a Maintenance Person

We are currently looking for a reliable and practical Maintenance Person to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a hands-on attitude and a knack for fixing things.

Key Responsibilities:

·         Carrying out basic maintenance and repair tasks

·         Performing minor plumbing, carpentry, and general handyman duties

·         Responding to day-to-day maintenance requests

·         Ensuring property and equipment are kept in good working order

Requirements:

·         Some experience in general maintenance or as a handyman

·         A valid UK driving licence (essential)

·         Ability to work independently and use initiative

·         Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Job Specific:

·        Pay Rate: Starting from £12.50 per hour - DOE

·        Working Hours: Minimum of 40 per week

·        Overtime available

·        Flexible approach to working

·        Must have proof of Right to Work

·        Accommodation can be provided if required

·        Possibility of being a Temp to Perm Role
