Salary:DOE
Contract Type:Full-time
Monday to Friday
Typically 9:00 - 17:30 flexible hours in peak seasons

Key Responsibilities:
Administration:
- Input high volumes of payroll information for weekly payroll, including bank details, address changes, email updates, and right-to-work information. 
- Process new starters and leavers efficiently and accurately. 
- Prepare and issue payslips and P45s. 
- Download tax codes from HMRC weekly. 
- Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks. 
- Answer telephone calls professionally. 
- Support the Payroll team with ad hoc administrative tasks. 
- Ensure a high level of professionalism in all interactions. 
- Handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and discretion. 
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

- Adhere to all applicable legislation and company policies and procedures. 
- Provide timely and accurate reports as required by management. 
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and workers. 
- Communicate effectively to support business development and maintain strong partnerships. 
- Engage in continuous professional development and training. 
- Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture, championing equality and diversity. 
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold data protection standards. 
- Follow health and safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment. 
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required by senior management. 
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in payroll administration or a similar role. 
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy. 
- Excellent organisational and time management skills. 
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. 
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality. 
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
