Job Purpose

As a Machine Operative, your main responsibility will be to set up and run a packing line machine correctly. You’ll ensure the machine operates efficiently and effectively, delivering high-quality products that meet customer expectations and service levels.

Day shift available: Hours: 06:15 - 17:15

Person Specification

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, focus, and a strong work ethic. The ideal candidate will be:

• Highly motivated with a positive, can-do attitude

• Proactive, with good attention to detail

• Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

• With good communication skills

• Flexible and adaptable to production needs

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Experience in operating machinery – desirable but not essential
