Job Purpose:

As a Line Leader, you will organise and manage up to 3 flow wrapping lines or 2 operational vertical filling lines within your section. Your focus will be on delivering a safe, efficient, and effective production process while maintaining product quality and compliance with customer specifications.

Shift Options:

• Day Shift: 06:15 – 17:30

• Night Shift: 15:45 – 02:30 |

Candidate Specification:

We’re looking for someone who brings energy, focus, and a strong team spirit to the role. The ideal candidate will be:

• Highly motivated with a can-do attitude

• Proactive with strong attention to detail

• Able to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team

• A clear communicator with good interpersonal skills

• Flexible and willing to adapt to changing demands

• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced production environment

• Experience in operating machinery – desirable but not essential
