• Growing: Help care for our plants as they blossom into their full potential

• Cleaning: Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to keep our operation running smoothly

• Packing & Dispatching: Get our beautiful blooms ready for delivery to happy customers

What We're Looking For:

• A keen eye for detail and love for plants

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Enthusiasm, reliability, and a strong work ethic

What we offer:

• Pay rate: £11.44; over 48 h £14.15

• 5-6 days per week
