​We are currently recruiting Daffodil Pickers for temporary work on a client’s farm in Varfell (Penzance)

Job Role: Daffodil Picker

Details:

• Pay: £12.21 per hour

• Hours: ~ 8 hours per day

• Price per bunch: 0.0925 per 10 flowers, extra rates paid above minimum wage targets

• Transport: Transport provided by farm (free)

• PPE Provided: Wellingtons, Waterproofs, Gloves

• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and on uneven ground.

• Good physical fitness with the ability to bend, walk, and carry for extended periods.

• Training and supervision provided; previous agricultural experience is an advantage but not required.

• Must have Right to Work in the UK
