We are currently recruiting for Poultry Production Operatives to work at a busy food production site in Anwick (Sleaford area).
This role involves working on a production line handling chicken products in a chilled environment.
Pay:
£13.10 per hour (up to 48 hours)
£19.65 per hour (after 48 hours)
Working hours:
4 days per week
12-hour shifts (06:00 – 18:00)
Two 30-minute breaks (one paid)
Overtime available after 48 hours
Duties include:
Packing and portioning chicken products
Seasoning and preparing poultry
Working on a fast-paced production line
Following hygiene, health and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Working conditions:
Cold environment (appropriate PPE provided)
Standing for long periods of time
Repetitive tasks
Requirements:
Basic level of English
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
