​WE’RE HIRING: DISPATCH OPERATORS (Forklift Drivers Required)

Location: Tangmere, Chichester, West Sussex, PO20 2FT
Start Date: 19th February

Summary of the Role

This is a dispatch role requiring certified forklift drivers. The position involves more than just forklift operation; you’ll play a key part in ensuring orders are checked, processed, and dispatched accurately while maintaining clear communication with drivers and team members throughout your shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Operating a forklift safely and efficiently

• Checking and verifying order paperwork

• Coordinating and communicating with delivery drivers

• Ensuring accurate loading and dispatch of goods

• Maintaining clear communication with supervisors and colleagues

• Following health & safety procedures at all times

Requirements

• Valid forklift licence (essential)

• Previous experience in a dispatch or warehouse environment beneficial but not required

• Strong level of English (spoken and written)

• Confident communicator

• Good attention to detail

• Reliable and punctual

Shift Requirement

• Shift Pattern: 3 days on, 3 days off

• Working Hours: 06:00 – 19:00

Pay Rate

• £13.00 per hour
