​Looking for a Red Tractor Compliance PA to support our horticultural operations based in Chartham Kent to help maintain the highest standard of quality, food safety and assurance

The Role: As the Compliance Personal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our business meets and exceed Red Tractor Assurance Scheme requirements, including LEAF and Farming with Nature. You’ll work closely with the farm management, and operational teams, leading audits, documentation, and day-to-day compliance procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update all Red Tractor and compliance documentation

• Prepare for internal and external audits

• Assist in the implementation of compliance protocols and corrective actions

• Keep records of staff training, traceability logs, and pesticide usage

• Liaise with farm management suppliers, and accreditation bodies

• Schedule appointments, manage files, and support general admin duties

What You will Need:

• Strong administrative or PA experience (ideally in agriculture or horticulture)

• Knowledge of the Red Tractor Assurance Scheme is highly desirable

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital recordkeeping

• Ability to work independently and under pressure during audit periods

• Own Transport due to location

• Must have proof of Right to Work
