​Job Opportunity: Greenhouse Operative

Location: Birchington

Working Hours: 06:15 – 15:15;

•  5/6 shifts per week; Monday – Saturday (bank holidays part of the working week)

•  Overtime and bonus available: Overtime after 40h

•  Pay Rate: From £13.38; Overtime from £17.39

Transport: Own transport required

Key Responsibilities:

•     Harvest and maintain tomato crops.

•     Prune, lower, and care for plants.

•     Carry out general greenhouse and warehouse duties.

•     Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

•     Work flexibly and follow Supervisor instructions.

•     Meet quality, productivity, and health & safety standards.
