Job description
We are looking for a reliable and proactive Onsite Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day workforce planning and operations on site. You will be responsible for coordinating temporary staff, supporting planning activities, and providing excellent service to our client.
Location: Maidstone
Shift :Tuesday- Friday
Pay rate : Competitive Salary
Key Duties:
Daily workforce planning to ensure 100% order fulfilment
Acting as main on‑site contact for the client
Managing and supporting temporary workers, including inductions
Monitoring performance and supporting staff welfare
Preparing reports and supporting KPIs
Leading recruitment activity during peak periods
Ensuring compliance with company policies and employment legislation
About You:
Experience in coordination, planning, or staffing (preferred)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
Proactive and team‑focused approach
