Job description

We are currently looking for an Onsite Coordinator for the Maidstone Area, The role involves looking after multiple site within a group

Job Description

 

·         You will be required to undertake planning associates into work on a daily basis,

·         Data administration on company system

·         Liaising with Clients on a daily basis

·         Work closely with the recruitment / service teams

·         Your daily duties will consist of contacting associates, booking and confirming them for work

·         Familiarising yourself with job roles

·         10 – 12 hour Shifts

·         Must have proof of Right to Work

 

Person Specification

 

·         Good communication skills essential.

·         Knowledge of using Excel and Outlook

·         You would need to be able to be flexible with working hours/days

·         Some degree of experience in a similar environment

·         Full Driving Licence
