Pro-Force recently hosted two recruitment Open Days in Moldova, meeting associates interested in working in the UK and helping them understand the roles available and what to expect.
Across the two days, our team interviewed 284 people, who had the opportunity to meet our recruitment and operational teams face-to-face, ask questions and learn more about the recruitment process and working conditions. These conversations also gave our teams valuable insight into their experience, skills and suitability for the roles.
We were pleased to be joined by our partners at Gressingham Foods. Working together gave associates the chance to hear directly from an employer in the sector, gain insight into the roles and ask questions about day-to-day working life.
Strong in-country connections are central to our approach to the Seasonal Worker Scheme. Building relationships with local partners and meeting associates in person helps us understand their needs, share clear and accurate information, and support them throughout the recruitment process.
The Open Days also demonstrated the value of close collaboration between Pro-Force and our clients, bringing recruitment and operational teams together to help associates make informed decisions about working in the UK.
