One of the challenges employers face is the integration of the previous Eastern Bloc workers with their British counterparts which means addressing both the language and cultural differences.

Our Training courses through work placement under the SCION “Core Worker” Programme have been organised and designed to assist in their personal development and introduction into the UK job market and as residents within the UK.
