Picking School

Pro-Force specialises in the supply of seasonal labour to Farms and Orchards In Southern England.

We are looking at recruiting for the harvesting of the crops both soft fruit (strawberries, Raspberry and black currents ) and top fruit Apples and Pears.

The season starts in April and will run till October. Further positions will be made available for individuals looking for A career in the industry.

Pro-Force will be supplying two weeks of training, before paid work commences on the Farms And Orchards.

Training will cover:

• English Language
• Health and Safety
• Health and Hygiene
• Fruit grading
• Practical picking training
