Pro-Force is fast becoming the United Kingdom’s premier supplier of labour in Pack House work. The same principles and work ethic are applied as demonstrated in other areas of our business where we are actively involved in assisting Pack Houses achieve greater profitability through direct efficiency and ensuring that the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) are effectively understood and managed.

All workers are inducted into the Pack House environment and are subjected to an extensive coaching programme that ensures indigenous working practices are correctly followed. All workers undergo Health and Safety and Health and Hygiene courses and are made aware of their personal responsibility to these issues once in the work place.
In all aspects of the work we shall act closely with the Pack House Management in making certain that the targets needed to be achieved are met and exceeded.
