Job description
Pro-Force is looking for an experienced Harvest Manager to supervise and manage the Picking Team. The Harvest Manager will also be responsible for the induction of the workers into the designed Training, Development and Health & Safety programmes.
The job will also include the overseeing of the Pro-Force workers during the working day ensuring that the farm picking targets are met. The role requires the Manager to work closely with the farm management team in monitoring the workers progress and where appropriate continually coach the staff in helping them achieve optimum output.
