Background

The Directors of Pro-Force are Matthew Jarrett and Andy Haselip both of whom have been involved in the recruitment of temporary personnel for many years and bring an abundance of wealth of knowledge and practical applications to the business.

Andy and Matt have special skills in Human Resource Management, Project Management, Training and Business Development and have been responsible for the selection of staff to many customers throughout the South of England.

In addition, Pro-Force employs Eastern European Recruitment Consultants who are specifically responsible for the recruiting of Accession Country workers to the company and assist in providing to clients a cohesive and well informed Eastern European workforce.

Andy is a founder member of the Association of Labour Providers and serves on the committee representing fellow ALP associates.
